Select the value you would like to purchase by purchasing multiples of £10: so for example if you wanted to go for £40, add a quantity of 4 to your basket. I will then email you a snazzy digital certificate for gifting to your loved one.
Let me know who the voucher is for and I can personalise it! The voucher creates a code for use at checkout and that code can be whateeeeever we like (within reason).
When it comes to spending, the recipient simply fills their online basket and then uses the code to discount off the value of the voucher from the subtotal, easy peasy. The code is good for one use and cannot be split for multiple purchases, no change can be given.
Once you have made your purchase I will email you the gift certificate within 24 hours. If you would like the gift certificate sent straight to the recipient, leave me a message telling me where you would like it emailed and if you would like a message included.

Shipping charges are flat rates so there is no extra charge for multiple items.
I do my best to package products to sufficiently protect them in their journey to you.
If packages are delayed in transit I will do my best to liaise with the shipping provider but please keep in mind it is largely out of my control. Keep in mind there may be ongoing shipping delays due to the global pandemic.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
I am happy to refund or exchange provided the item is returned in a resaleable condition. I cannot accept custom dyed yarn or yarn that has been wound into a ball. I cannot refund postage, nor can I cover the cost of returns postage.

If you need multiple skeins of yarn for a bigger project, purchase the amount you need in one go. Due to the nature of the dyeing process, it is almost impossible for me to dye skeins and match them to previously purchased skeins; they will almost certainly not be the same and not match. If you need larger quantities of a colourway, please send me a message and I can dye larger batches together for the best possible results. I'm always happy to chat and try to be as helpful as possible so feel free to drop me a line.
Information I Collect
